Fraport AG Appoints Christoph Hommerich as New Head of Investor Relations

Frankfurt, Germany (ots) - Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide has appointed Christoph Hommerich, age 33, to head the company's Investor Relations department effective October 1. He takes over from Wolfgang Kniese who has moved to T-Mobile International AG. Fraport's Investor Relations team is responsible for maintaining good relations with analysts, investors and financial institutes.

After obtaining his Masters of Business Administration degree (Diplomkaufmann) in Munich, Hommerich began his career at Siemens AG, where he gained valuable overseas experience. Later he worked in the area of investor relations at both BMW AG in Munich and at arxes Information Design AG, an information technology company based in Aachen, Germany. Hommerich has three children, speaks several languages and enjoys diving and playing basketball as hobbies.
