Fraport AG Exhibits at "Expo Real": Visit Frankfurt Stand B2.220 / A Premier Location: Frankfurt Airport's Dynamic Office Market Continues to Grow

Frankfurt, Germany (ots) - Fraport AG (FSE: FRA) Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide will be exhibiting for the fifth time at the "Expo Real" trade fair, running from October 6 to 8 in Munich, Germany. Together with Airrail Center Frankfurt GmbH, Fraport is exhibiting at Stand B2.220 of the Frankfurt Economic Development Corp. A key event in the German real estate industry, Expo Real is attracting increasing participation from across Europe.

One of the highlights will be a three-dimensional interactive model of Frankfurt Airport (FRA), which will allow visitors to examine major real estate projects at Germany's largest airport in more detail. For example, the unique Airrail Center Frankfurt project will be a further milestone in the development of FRA as a leading international business location. This new complex will feature some 73,000 square meters of office space -directly at Europe's leading junction of air and rail networks.

A flourishing business location is necessary for developing sustainable and profitable real estate investments. Airports, especially Frankfurt Airport, are growth-oriented top locations. FRA offers outstanding opportunities because of the airport's excellent infrastructure and because of the above average long-term growth forecasts for the global aviation industry. Thus, ongoing development of FRA and its importance for the real estate market is a vital goal of Fraport. FRA ranks as one of the world's top ten airports for both cargo and passenger traffic and is Europe's leading intermodal air/rail hub.

Visitors will also be able to attend a podium discussion titled "Best Connections - Business Life at the Pulse of Mobility". The theme of mobility and its related demands on the office and work world of the future will be discussed by: Dr. Wilhelm Bauer, project manager for office innovation centers at the Fraunhofer Institute; Dr. Dierk Ernst, managing director of Tercon Immobilien Projekt-Entwicklungs GmbH; and Joachim Wagner, Fraport AG's vice president of real estate and facility management.
