Europrix 2002 Multimedia contest

We want to invite you to register at EUROPRIX 2002 Contest for the benefit of your company and your products.

EUROPRIX is Europe's leading Multimedia contest, it is supported by the European Commission, other members countries as an EU Member States' initiative and many players of the business. The EUROPRIX is receiving about 500 entries each year from over 30 nations and is being held for the 5th consecutive time. Participants from European Union Member States, the EFTA countries, as well as from the Applicant States from Central and Eastern Europe, and Malta, Turkey, Israel, and Cyprus are welcome. We are inviting professional Multimedia and New Media producers as well as students and creative newcomers to participate with their most exciting and best projects. Take the challenge and benefit from the unique promotion! A comprehensive program goes far beyond a traditional ranking:

+ Entries in the contest are presented in the Licence Rights Catalogue published for the Frankfurt Book Fair.

+ The five best products in each category are selected as nominees and announced at a special presentation at the Frankfurt Book Fair in October 2002.

+ A series of further promotion events are organised by the EUROPRIX Network partners in October and November.

+ The nominated products are publicised in the EUROPRIX Print Catalogue, the EUROPRIX Website and the EUROPRIX CD-ROM.

+ The winners are announced and celebrated at the final EUROPRIX Gala in December in Austria. Nominees and winners are presented in a TV show broadcasted in all of Europe.

+ The EUROPRIX Nominees Catalogue, TopTalent Catalogue and the License Rights Catalogue for free (for others EURO 15,- each).

Deadline for submissions: Entries have to be received before the 25th of July, 2002 and have to be submitted to the EUROPRIX Office in Gyllenstormstr. 8, 5026 Salzburg, Austria.

The contest rules and the entry form are available at http://www.europrix.org. Nominees are about to be announced in October 2002 at the Frankfurt bookfair, the winners are announced in December 2002 at the EUROPRIX Award Gala.

EUROPRIX 2002 Students' Award Winner will receive EUR 10.000,-!

The top project in the EUROPRIX STUDENT CONTEST will receive a cash award of Euro 10.000. The award is backed by the Austrian Ministry for Economic Affairs and Labour in cooperation with industrial sponsors.

With this prize the students award is the most lucrative contest for young producers and designers in the content field. The prize will be augmented by the invitation to the TopTalentFestival for the Top 15 Teams at the beginning of November in Vienna - all expenses paid.

Students and creative newcomers are invited to submit their most exciting and best projects receiving the following benefits:

+ The winners boost their career start with EUR 10.000,- in award money.

+ The TOP 15 teams are invited to network at a professional power week and the TopTalents Festival in Vienna, Austria, at the beginning of November 2002.

+ The TOP 15 teams and their products are promoted in the TopTalents Catalogue and CDROM and the EUROPRIX Web site at national and international events.

+ Celebration of the Nominees and the Winners at the EUROPRIX Gala and TV-Show, as well as presentation in the EUROPRIX Winners Catalogue and the EUROPRIX Videos.
