Editorial note - Video on foreign minister meeting on Ukraine crisis in Vienna

Vienna - The foreign ministers of Russia, Germany and Ukraine, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Sergey Lavrov and Andrej Deshtshiza as well as OSCE head Didier Burkhalter will meet at Vienna airport on Tuesday to discuss the Ukraine crisis.
