Loyalty Partner Solutions (LPS) and People at Work Systems expand strategic partnership
International distribution of the LPS software product "Loyalty Management Suite (LMS)" to be greatly expanded
Munich, 2 December 2014 - The companies Loyalty Partner Solutions (LPS) and People at Work Systems are to collaborate more closely on national and international distribution and product development of the LPS product "Loyalty Management Suite (LMS)". This software encompasses all functions necessary for the successful operation of a customer loyalty programme, from account management through redemption process management to the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Thanks to its modular system set-up, LMS is flexible enough to be integrated into all common IT environments, and a variety of extra modules can be added on. LPS, an affiliate of PAYBACK GmbH, already operates the Lufthansa frequent flyer programme, Miles&More, with this software. LPS is also the operator of the Deutsche Bahn bonus programme.
Alexander Glück, COO of LPS, believes this collaboration is key to the implementation of the distribution strategy. "People at Works great experience in development and distribution of IT solutions will help us establish LMS on the global market. Because of its flexibility, LMS could be applied in many areas beyond the transport sector. We would like to exploit this in order to increase growth even further," he says. Marcus Schmelzer, Member of the Executive Board at People at Work Systems AG, sees great potential in the partnership, commenting, "Loyalty Partner Solutions has unique knowledge of and first-class references in the loyalty market. This potential should be exploited more fully in the future."
