SATELLITE NEWSPAPERS AND WORLD ASSOCIATION OF NEWSPAPERS / "CLIENT" PROGRAM PRESENTED AT WORLD ASSOCIATION OF NEWSPAPERS

THE HAGUE, THE NETHERLANDS -Satellite Newspapers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Satellite Enterprises Corp (OTC BB: SENR), announced that it will be present at the World Association of Newspapers expo 2004 in Istanbul to promote its CLiENT system for worldwide newspaper distribution. The World Association of Newspapers will host 750 Presidents and CEOs of major newspapers from around the world at a Convention in Istanbul. See www.wan-press.org.

Satellite Newspapers will demonstrate its CLiENT Internet-based software program that allows publishers to distribute their newspapers and make money, where they were losing money by trying to distribute their conventional printed publications in remote areas. Also, they will be able to reach geographic areas that had never been available to them before.

Publishers like Le Monde, NY Times and Handelsblatt outsourced the distribution of some of their low overseas sales volumes to Satellite Newspapers. Local Newspaper distributors have access to the central hub via CLiENT, choose the titles they want, print them and distribute them locally.

With a rapidly increasing amount of major international titles, Satellite Newspapers has high expectations for its CLiENT Program's acceptance by both publishers and distributors.
