Korn/Ferry International Reaffirms Commitment to German Market & Announces the Hiring of Five New Consultants Including Country Manager

Hubertus Graf Douglas to Manage German Operations
Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), the world's leading provider of executive recruitment and leadership development solutions, announced today the recruitment of five new Senior Client Partners and a new Managing Director for its German business. Hubertus Graf Douglas, Korn/Ferry's Managing Director of Germany, was recruited from TMP Worldwide, where he held the position of Co-Leader of the Global Industrial Practice. Mr. Douglas has extensive global experience in a wide variety of sectors including the automotive, aerospace and technology industries.

In an effort to further support the German market, Korn/Ferry has made a number of other senior-level hires in Germany. Friedrich-Wilhelm Graf von Pfeil, a financial services and board recruitment specialist, has been recruited from Heidrick & Struggles, and Eva-Maria Roth, a technology consultant with a focus on recruiting CIOs, was previously with Whitehead Mann. Henning Witt has joined Korn/Ferry from Highland Partners and is focused on senior executive searches in the technology, industrial and consumer sectors. John Prinz Wittgenstein, an industry expert in financial services, has also joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner.
