Ulrich Andree assumes responsibility for Europe-wide press/PR for automotive division
Johnson Controls Automotive Experience strengthens communication
Burscheid, Germany - 20 May 2010. Johnson Controls, a global leader in automotive seating, overhead systems, door and instrument panels and interior electronics, appoints Ulrich Andree with immediate effect to Senior Communications Manager Europe. In this role he will be responsible for Europe-wide communication for the corporate group's automotive division and will thus be the point of contact for all European media. He will also be responsible for the regions of Africa and South America.
Born in Cologne, Germany, the 44-year-old was formerly employed at Volvo Car Germany GmbH, most recently as Head of Product Communication. Prior to this, he was Project Manager at the management consultancy firm Kühlwetter & Partner GmbH, where he was responsible for trade marketing activities and product training for well-known customers from the automotive sector. Following his technical education at Daimler-Benz AG, Andree studied economic sociology at the University of Bonn and worked as a freelance journalist for various automobile magazines. Andree therefore can resort to a wealth of experience in the most varied of communication disciplines and institute them at Johnson Controls.
Ulrich Andree will report to Claudia Lademann-Fleger, Vice President Global Communications at Johnson Controls Automotive Experience, headquartered in Burscheid.
