Mobile C-arms deliver outstanding imaging quality for a wide range of clinical applications

Ziehm Imaging will once again be at this year's European Congress of Radiology (ECR) to be held in Vienna from March 2-5. The market and innovation leader for mobile C-arms will show selected models from its extensive product portfolio at stand 319 in expo area C.

The Ziehm Vision FD Vario 3D continues to be the world's only 3D C-arm with innovative flat-panel technology. The unit delivers high-resolution, distortion-free
X-ray images with over 16,000 shades of gray. In addition to 2D images, it also provides intraoperative 3D reconstructions on demand. And thanks to the unit's large C-arm opening, made possible by the flat-panel, the C-arm is especially easy to position around the patient.

The Ziehm Solo Option Portable can be quickly packed up in four easy-to-carry boxes, which makes it ideal for emergency surgery even in regions that are difficult to access. The easy-to-transport Ziehm Solo Option Portable was developed in close cooperation with the German armed forces.

Thanks to its excellent image quality and reliable performance, the Hybrid Edition of the Ziehm Vision RFD has established itself in hybrid rooms as a cost-effective alternative to fixed installed imaging systems. Over 30 clinics worldwide have already purchased the Hybrid Edition since it came on the market in 2011. With its combination of flat-panel technology, a powerful 20 kW generator and active liquid cooling system, it delivers outstanding image quality for demanding procedures.

The new custom-fitting drapes, individually designed for Ziehm Imaging's C-arms, enable easy draping and better handling for improved sterility in the OR.

With its modular service contracts, which can be adapted to suit each hospital's individual needs, Ziehm Imaging is further underscoring its global commitment in the after-sales area.
