Munich, 11 May. - Munich in a state of elation! At the end of the final home game of German Bundesliga team FC Bayern Munich, the club at last held the long-awaited championship trophy in its hands. Fans and players celebrated the club's 23rd championship victory exuberantly at Munich's Allianz Arena, with 10 thousand litres of wheat beer donated by long-standing premium sponsor Paulaner. Served by the pretty, traditionally garbed "Paulas" in classic 3-litre wheat beer glasses, the exuberant atmosphere on the field was punctuated by the customary beer showers. The Paulaner Brewery congratulates the club, and looks forward to more joint victories "made in Bavaria".
