Bernhard Wöbker new Chairman of Jedox Supervisory Board

Freiburg, 06/13/2014 Leading Business Intelligence provider Jedox AG, appoints Bernhard Wöbker as the new chairman. Internationally-experienced IT executive Wöbker assumes the position with immediate effect, replacing supervisory board member Thilo Schmid.

Bernhard Wöbker's career includes CEO and President of Nixdorf USA during the company's expansion to the U.S. making him recognized both with corporate and start-up expertise. Wöbker held further leading positions at Pyramid, NeXT, and Versant, a listed enterprise software company based in California, and as consultant for Warburg Pincus, one of the largest private-equity-investors in the USA. Since 2013, Bernhard Wöbker has been the CEO of the Munich-based software provider, Brainloop AG.

Together with Bernhard Wöbker, Dr. Paul-Josef Patt, CEO of eCapital entrepreneurial Partners AG, and Thilo Schmid, representative of the investor Wecken & Cie, constitute the new supervisory board of Jedox AG.
