As of 2020, REAL security is the distributor of i4p's TRIDENT HSM, offering unique high-level cryptographic security in eight countries of the Adriatic region

Budapest, 27 February 2020 - A distribution agreement has been concluded between i4p informatics ltd. with its seat in Hungary and Slovenia-based REAL security, serving the Adriatic region. REAL security will start distributing i4p's products, including the TRIDENT which offers unparalleled high-level cryptographic security, in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania and Northern Macedonia.

i4p's product range includes a Signature Activation Module (SAM) and a Timestamping Server; however, the company's flagship is the TRIDENT, a general-purpose, flexible HSM. This hardware security module offers advanced cryptographic, security and key management capabilities helping companies to guarantee greater security for their data and meet international standards such as GDPR, eIDAS, PSD2. Its efficiency and reliability are confirmed by the fact that it has attained Common Criteria EAL4+ certification, both as a HSM and as a SAM. As a result it's fully compliant with the regulations of eIDAS and can be used to create qualified electronic signatures and QSEALs.

Moreover, due to its unique Secure Multi-Party Computation capacity, the TRIDENT guarantees a higher level of security than any other physical hardware security module available on the market today. It is able to organize several HSM devices into a distributed cluster and thus manage the cryptographic keys in a decentralized and balanced way. Key data cannot therefore be identified on any of the devices independently, so even in the rare event of a device being compromised, any information obtained is in itself worthless. Thus, it can also provide solutions to customised challenges for organizations that require extremely high-levels of cryptographic security.
