Windows Server 2008 software certification consists of approximately 100 test cases that independently confirm an application's compliance with best practices for compatibility, security, reliability, and availability on the new platform, while ensuring the software performs in a 64-bit environment. The certification identifies top-performing technologies that are ready to deploy in mission-critical environments. As a participant in the Microsoft Early Access Program (EAP) for Windows Server 2008 Software Certification, Wisekey's CertifyID TrustCenter 2008 is one of more than 300 applications that are eligible for certification on a pre-release version of the new platform.

The CertifyID TrustCenter is a unique solution offering a complete and affordable Trusted Identity Infrastructure for enhanced enterprise security. The CertifyID TrustCenter 2008 edition enables easy and effective OISTE endorsed and AICPA WebTrust accredited digital certificate and identity management within enterprises by extending the organization's core public key infrastructure and enabling the issuance of S/MIME, VPN, SSL and other certificates chained to Wisekey's pre-distributed global root certificate, which is present in most popular operating systems, servers, internet browsing and email clients.
