Fraport's Annual General Meeting Concluded

Frankfurt, Germany (ots) - Approximately 2,000 shareholders and shareholder representatives attended the second regular Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Fraport AG (FSE: FRA) Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide today. Held at the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Hoechst, Germany, the AGM started at 10:00 in the morning and officially ended about 20:40. At the AGM, the actions of Fraport's executive board were ratified with 99.96 percent of the votes. The actions of the supervisory board also received 99.96 percent of the votes. The AGM was chaired by Roland Koch, prime minister of the state of Hesse and chairman of Fraport's supervisory board. Dr. Wilhelm Bender, Fraport's executive board chairman, presented the fiscal 2002 results and an outlook for the airport company's business in the current year. Attendance at this second AGM since Fraport's initial public offering represented a total presence of about 76.5 percent of the registered capital stock.
