Gerresheimer Glas AG reorganises Executive Board

Dusseldorf, Germany (ots) - The Supervisory Board of Gerresheimer Glas AG has

appointed Uwe Röhrhoff to the company's Executive Board. Röhrhoff, who has been

with the Gerresheimer Group since 1991, is responsible for the Glass Packaging

Division.

Tim. F. Ley, Chief Financial Officer of Gerresheimer Glas AG, resigned as at

30 September 2003 on a friendly basis.

The Chairman of the Executive Board of Gerresheimer Glas AG, Dr. Axel

Herberg, assumes the function of Chief Financial Officer in addition to his

existing duties.

As Human Resources Director, Gerhard Schulze retains responsibility in the

Executive Board for Human Resources.
