HATZIOANNOU HOLDINGS S.A. ANNOUNCES VIRGIN WARE OPENS NEW STORE IN THE UK
London, 5. April 2004 - VIRGIN ware OPENS A NEW STORE IN THE UK
Hatzioannou, the leading European group in the second skin manufacturing and value for money retailing, announced that its 100% UK subsidiary Virgin ware opened a new store in Croydon, UK.
Virgin ware had opened another store in Guildford, UK on March 17th, reaching in total 14 stores in England. (Please see table).

Virgin ware will be consolidated to the group for the first time in 2004.
