ICTS EUROPE APPOINTS NEW MANAGER OF MARITIME SECURITY / EXPANSION INTO MARITIME SECTOR ON TARGET

Amsterdam (ots) - ICTS Europe Holdings B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, has appointed Ashley Reeve to the newly created position of manager maritime security. Already the leading provider of aviation security services throughout Europe, ICTS Europe is expanding into the maritime sector. This appointment, which is effective July 5, 2004, underscores the company's commitment to becoming a major supplier of maritime security services.

Previously the head of maritime security in the U.K. Department for Transport (DfT), Reeve was responsible for delivering the British Government's enhanced maritime security regime following the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the subsequent publication of the International Maritime Organization's (IMO) new International Ship and Port Facility Security Code. He has 15 years of experience in transport security; during the past five years he has led the DfT group dealing with maritime security policy and implementation. His exceptional credentials, expertise and knowledge in this specialized area will be a tremendous asset for ICTS Europe and its maritime security strategy.
