Fraport AGM 2005: Fraport Annual General Meeting Decides on Dividend Increase: 75 Euro Cents per Share Will Be Paid for Fiscal 2004
Fruankfurt, Germany - Some 1,802 shareholders and shareholder representatives attended Fraport AG?s (FSE:FRA) fourth annual general meeting (AGM). Held at the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Hoechst, Germany, the AGM officially ended at approximately 18:20 today.
The AGM, with a vote of 99.99 percent, agreed to a dividend payment of 75 euro cents per share for fiscal 2004. The actions of Fraport?s executive board and supervisory board were ratified with 99.97 percent and 99.99 percent of the votes, correspondingly. The AGM was chaired by Karlheinz Weimar, the Hesse minister of finance and Fraport?s supervisory board chairman. Dr. Wilhelm Bender, Fraport?s executive board chairman, presented the results for fiscal year 2004 and the business outlook for 2005.
Attendance at the fourth AGM represented a total presence of 80.15 percent of the registered capital stock.
