The FRITZ!Box product combines a WLAN router, an ADSL modem and a PBX for Voice over IP and fixed-line telephony in one device. FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN is the only WLAN router configured at the factory with a unique WLAN encryption key. With WEP-128 encryption activated right from the start, this ensures secure wireless links out of the box. And with 35 percent faster throughput thanks to the 125 Mbit/s technology 802.11g++, compatible with the 54 Mbit/s wireless standard 802.11g. The integrated PBX system lets you telephone over the Internet even without having a computer turned on.
FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN is now available at the suggested retail price of EUR197 plus applicable VAT.
